How is the Registration fee split up?(Ken)

Recently there have been a lot of questions on this forum about payback. I was just wondering how a $45.00 ameture registration fee is split up. I know that there are many different things such as: that shoot payback, shooter of the year, worlds, IBO, host club...... My question is what is the specific break down for this. I think that if someone could show how the $45.00 is split up that there would be a lot less complaints and confussion about shoot paybacks. Keep up the good work Ken and the IBO Staff. You are doing a great job!! Once again, GREAT JOB IN ROME:D

Cleveland Indoor

826 Shooters

IBO receives $5 per shooter from the entry fees.
This $5 is split between the IBO and the purse for the World Championship.

There is $2 from the entry fee that goes into the Shooter of the Year Purse.

So I guess that means we recieve $7 total.
With $3.50 of that held for the shooters in deferred purses.

Net, IBO recieves $3.50 of the $45.

Last year this was a trophy event.

The host club agreed to place $10 of the entry fees from the amateur classes into a purse.

I saw the invoice for targets for this event and it exceeded $10,000.

There are costs well beyond that to put together a tournament like this, for you.

Did the local club make a profit?
I hope so.
But I would bet that none of you would work for that much an hour.

Ken, Thanks for the break down. I think that this will allow some of the members to see where the money goes. Is this the typical break down at all of the IBO shoots(Southern Triple, Triple Crown, So on. Thanks for your time.
