COLD WEATHER ARROW LUBE?
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT ARROW LUBE WORKS THE BEST IN COLDER TEMPS? IN THE TEMP RANGE OF 20 TO 45 DEGREES.

RE: COLD WEATHER ARROW LUBE?
Center punch, I use Woody's Arrow Lube. Being from NW PA it works great in cold temps, heck that can be 6 months of the year. Your local archery shop should have it or you can order it from Lancaster. Good Luck.

hey centerpunch; plane old bar soap irishspring works best for me.
it stays on my arrows even in the target some of the liquid kind gets wiped away on entry also it wont get on your arrow puller and make it slick,,,,,,,,good luck phil |
RE: COLD WEATHER ARROW LUBE?
I've had really good luck with the Woody's, I use one application for 30 targets. I know some that use soap. Try what works best for you.:)

RE: COLD WEATHER ARROW LUBE?
My hunting partner went on a late season Mulie hunt in NE Washington this past year. The temp. was in the 20's for the highs. He was having a problem with ice crystals forming along his arrows while they were in the quiver and when drawing the arrow over the rest, they would break off and make alot of noise. He was told to try unscented Pledge furniture polish. Spray it on a rag and wipe down your arrows, keeps the ice off, and helps when pulling arrows out of targets too. No scent to give you away, and one can lasts a long time. Bar soap typically has perfume in it, so I wouldn't reccommend it for hunting.

THE BEST LUBE I FOUND IS TO KEEP SCORE AND LET SOMEONE ELSE PULL, OR SHOOT RINEHARTS
