I would imagine it will be the same as previous years. We paid by credit card but I believe they also take checks and obviously cash!!!!:) Sometimes you can get some really good deals and other times when a lot of people are a " little tipsy" , you can buy them brand new cheaper!;)

Last year the Mckenzie vender was selling new targets for less than our club was able to buy them, considerably less in some cases.
Transportation of the targets after you buy them is the biggest problem - they don' t make it as carry-on luggage

In erie,they wouldn' t take credit or check cards,so better take check or cash to be safe.(And a lot of it if it' s like last year.):)
