RU question..?

Is it legal in this class to glue chunk of wood to the bow' s shelf, then cover it with moleskin..? I believe the answer is NO! What say you?

In RU you can shoot an elevated rest. I suppose you could stretch the rest thing this far.
But with the rests available, why on earth would you want to set it up this way.
This set up is not legal in HR.
