World Entry Refunds?

Just wondering if something comes up and I cannot attend the World shoot after paying my entry, is there a process for refunding all or part of the entry?

Onthe Official Invitation, it states that there will be a $20.00 handling fee for all cancellations or NFS checks.
If you do need to do this, call Holiday Valley not the IBO office because that is where the invitation and your entry fee went.
