Pup, I shoot the selects for 3-D. I don' t think you can actually see the difference between the CX' s .003 or the Selects.001. The reason I shoot the Selects is only because of my own psychye. The only thing I found is last year some of my arrows had split or cracked at the nock. So this year I installed a uni-bushing and the g-nocks. So far this saved me three arrows when getting by another arrow at the nock. The g-nock broke and all I did was replace it with no damage to the arrow. JERRY

This will be my 3rd season for using the 3D Selects. I also recommend using the unibusing and G nock.

I have shot both and like the CXs better because of shaft size and price. There really isn" t that much difference in grouping. It also depends on what your set-up is, the CXs might be lighter and a little flatter shooting.

Pup, My 3-D set-up 58-60 lb w/ a 27in arrow and 90 or 75 gr. tip and 2.5 feathers. I seem to get better down range arrow flight with the 90 gr. The uni-bushings and the G-nocks will have to be ordered seperately. They' re made by Easton and only cost $6-$7 a dozen both nocks and bushungs. You' ll need the 3-60 size bushing and large grove G-nocks. Good luck. JERRY

Pup,

I shoot 29 in draw at 56# and i shoot 3d selects 100' s. with your specs you could get away with a 100 also plus you will probably get more speed than you would with a 200. About your fletcing question i now use 2.3 duravanes and i also use 1.75 duravanes and they both work great. The fletching is on a slight hilical not much at all. but if i were you i wuld go with 100, also what kind of bow are you shooting, solo cam or twin cam??

i looked at the selector chart and i am no where near being able to shoot the 100 i would have to drop like 10 pounds besides 7 gpi is way lighter than what i am shooting know.. will i be ok with a 3 in vane?
