mi triple crown
i think for 2009 we should have 2 legs north of I-69 and 2 legs south of I-69 that we help everybody with gas prices. it seems that all the legs are south. lets move these legs too different locations. my vote would be for mid thumb , full quiver, tuscola, silvertrails in jeddo. just my 2 cents . what do u all think.

AGREE!!!Mid Thumb, Tuscola,Silver Trails would be great but some folks may have trouble getting around.Full Quiver would also be a great place for a IBO indoor event.GOOD IDEA!!!! Cost me $40.00 in gas to shoot last weekend[:'(]

Heck yeh, but mid thumb took one week to post the scores. But i do agree it is more conveyent to have the state finals in tuscola.

You got it! The main reason I pushed to have the state finals at Tuscola was to bring in more of the northern shooters trying to add to the IBO numbers. If we could have one of the triple crowns in our neck of the woods it could include a bunch more shooters that would get hooked. It would also really help on the gas bill. It cost me $45.00 in gas to shoot a lousy score in the rain last weekend (my fault - should have gone Sat.)

FYI the scores from the mid thumb shoot were posted on the following wednesday 5-7-08 At 5:00 pm on Archery Talk .com general discussion forum . Michigan Ibo Info site is not an offical site , Did not know who to contact to have scores posted . I am a member at MTB and we are looking forward to holding future IBO events . :)

I know that we ( Midthumb Bowmen ) would love to hold a leg of the Triple Crown next year. Thanks ! for the feedback on the Qualifier we held in May.

It also could be a best 3 of 4 championship event.By the wayMichigan IBO Indoor State championship is long over due.
