Rules for Triple Crown

As I understand it I can shoot 10, 20 or all my targets in any combination on any of the three days, right? Since its 40 targets total I would like to shoot 30 on Friday and 10 on Sunday.
What is the deadline for entrys?
What's the entry fee?
What are the shooting times, start end?
