Scoring change?

Once again the posters on Archery Talk are at it. The latest rumor has the IBO adding a fifeteen ring. Said to be located on the head.
Duoh....Where do these things come from?

Sure and they will also have the Texas heart shot counting as a 100 pts

I did not see the post on AT but I gotta believe someone was being sarcastic. However if you were given a "bonus" ring that was not inside the 10 ring would you shoot for it???
