pup, I went to the Tru Ball black diamond last year with the caliper head. Great for 3d and killed 4 deer with it this year. It's thumb style and with the caliper head it will lock on your string or loop and stay there, so you don't have to hold your release in your hand the whole time you're hunting. Check it out before you buy anything, I think you'll like it.

Pup, I ordered it from Lancaster Archery Supply. Isn't the t-handle thumb release the one that you push your thumb forward on to release it?? Anyway, if you can't find one let me know.

Pup: I use the Carter Insatiable 2 for 3-D and Hunting. Some people think with the loud click that occurs as you set the release will cost you a deer, but if you set the release on a string loop as I do and just simply leave it on there then there is no problems. I got 4 deer with it this year. Also with the Insatiable 2 you get a hole for your index finger that essentially gives you a sense of security while shooting and yet it allows you to put a sizable glove in the hole for hunting. Good Luck.
