IBO Payout ?
How is the IBO Payout figured at National Triple Crown events? What I am asking exactly is how much of the entry fee goes in the purse? For instance, my entry fee at Bedford was $50. Of that $50, does $10 go into the pot? $20? I do not know, and I was just curious.
