Will this triple crown count towards shooter of the year? That would be nice. That way the shooters in the Northeast would have more than 3 shoots to go to, just like the shooters in the South have their Southern Triple Crown.

At this stage of the game I don't think you will see such a change. The criteria for SOY was set forth at the fall meeting and I don't think they can very well make changes midstream. I know thats not official but a pretty good bet.

I didn't say that. Only that changes to the SOY program are unlikely at this point for 2003. I have never been to this venue, but it sounds like a good program and well worth attending.

Sounds good Pinwheel! Hope they do include this triple crown in the SOY for next year. Would be good for us Northeast shooters! I will have to check a map to see where these three shoots are. We could'nt send much info out about shoots that only got finalized a couple weeks ago.
We are excited with all of Pinwheel's work toward rejuvinating the NE Triple Crown.I plan on speaking with him soon to see if we can provide some assistance in the promotion.
With the number of shooters from the area that attend the IBO Worlds each year it should be a success.
