I looked on the website of the shoot and saw that they have electrical and primitive sites but I have some questions.

Are there shower facilities?

If we get there at around 5 pm friday will we be able to get a site?

Your best bet is to call the contact and ask him: Harold Gregory at 812-277-0187. He would know about the shower situation. I do know that camping is "first come first serve".

If you are talking about the fairgrounds, youmay or maynot be able to get a site with electric.Things are iffy by then.You will be able to get a site with no electric for sure. There are campgrounds that are close to the fairgrounds with full hookups. The fees are about average for camping.

Showers... yep right next to the pens. They aren't for those who are modest and you need to hold the water lever on to get water and the hot goes quickly at high traffic times.

If I recall it is about 10-15 minutes.

Lady-If you are referring to the fairgrounds...yes you can show up on Thursday.
