Shooting Indoors
 
hey guys i was wondering if shooting in my basement can help me at all even though its only about 12 yards long???? is there any good techniques for shooting at that close of a distance??

Any practice is good practice, no matter the distance. As for techniques try shooting back tension, at that close distance you can practice shooting with your eyes shut and get the complete feel of back tension the way it should feel.

Take a 5 spot target to your copy center and have some copies made at 60%. This will simulate the target size at 20 yards. Keep score, this will give your practice purpose. Good luck.
