Join IBO at Bedford and bring a guest?

Can an archer join the IBO at Bedford and then bring a guest utiliziing the free pass for a guest for one shoot?

Yes you could. BUT, of course there is a but, it's not a free pass specifically. There is a guest fee, they just doo not have to join IBO for this event.
