clarifiers/verifiers in HC, AHC, and MBR...

Rumor has it some rules were just changed on this allowing verifiers to be used in the HC. Can anyone from IBO confirm this for me?

It is now legal to use a clearifier/verifier in your peep for all pin classes (HC, AHC, FHC, HF, SHCand MBR). All the changes will be posted shortly.
