Rome Kicked my tail - Son loved it!
 

I just wanted to say thanks to all that helped put on the Rome shoot. My son and I had a great time. The course kicked my tail and my son shot far better than my best expectations given that he was shooting at past his max range. He only zero'd 4. On top of that he got to shoot with some of the best youth shooters while we were there so he got a chance to see what the future could bring for him.

Thanks again and it was nice meeting some new people. Judy you were very helpful and it was great putting a face with the name.

Great people make it a great hobby/sport!

Same here B0bean. My yardage judging needs a whole lot of work!!!!!!!!!
Other than that I had a lot of funat my first compitition? I felt I could have shot better but I was satisfied with my score.

Had a great time. Wish it was warmer,but dry was very nice. The course was very challenging and keep me thinking. Thanks to all that worked there.

had a great time lot better location then last year except for parking and no shuttles. as to yardage estimation i struggled, on range f target 2 was a warthog in a tunnel and i judged it to be 20 to the tree line and 14 from the treeline to the target and shot low and got a 5. turns out it was 19 from the treeline to the target. ended up with a 197 on e and f which was highest in my class for those ranges i just messed up saturday. great shoot overall.

I would like to thank everyone who came to the shoot this weekend. Sorry about the parking issue it was a new location we will make it better for next year. I would also like to thank all the folks from IBO for the EXTRA work they did we could not have done it without you. See you all in Fl.
