the real nitty gritty

okay so you shot all year, your bows and minds well tuned, lets hear some real success stories about the bottom line, deer hunting, or whatever you may be hunting.....

i have harvested one doe with a bow to date, but when the weather cools, i plan on a few more...i know a lot of seasons are just opening up, ours has been in since early sept, but it has been way too hot to bake in a stand, and the folks in the northeast are wet to the bone, but i know im not the only one out here in ibo land that has been fortunate...lets hear about it...

RE: the real nitty gritty

Took a couple hours to sit in a tree this morning.
Got to see a dandy shoving match between a couple Ohio bucks!

Cracked me up. Got me tickled and I could'nt quit laughing. One was a spike-fork horn and the other was a fork horn They could'nt have weighed 100 lbs. soaking wet.
Good thing Dad or Grampa was not around. All puffed up and no place to go.
Still gets me chuckling.
The doe that started the whole thing was laughing as well. At least I think I heard her laughing.
Silly boys.:D
