WV IBO State Championship

I have heard that the WV IBO State Championship will be in Flatwoods, WVthis year. Is that true and when is it? It usually comes in the second week of September time frame. Can anyone elaborate further?

Yes it is true! September 10-11, 2005
West Virginia likes it's World Qualifier/State Championship early no matter who hosts it.
