Cowboys Beans...Pintos seasoned with bacon and Kiolbassa brand all beef smoked sausage.....Oh and lots of onion

Tonight I am making for my birthday Steak Oscar, fillet mignon dressed with Bernaise sauce topped with king crab pieces and side dressed with asparagus. I will try to remember to take a picture.
