Has everyone on the forum been on a diet since the last post on July 12th ? Glad to see everyone is trimming up for the coming hunting season .

Baked Stuffed Fresh Cousa Zuchinni
1) boiled and canoed with a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.

2) For the stuffing , cook hamburger in a pot until lightly browned , then add fresh diced onions , fresh diced baby zuchinni , fresh diced tomatoes , diced mushrooms and any spices to your liking, Once cooked add some marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheddar cheese mix and stir to make it like a paste mix.

3) Stuff the zuchinni and add a layer of marinara sauce on top covered with shredded cheese.

4) Bake in the oven at 350 for 1/2 hour to melt the cheese on top.

5 ) Take out of the oven , put on a plate and Stuff Your Face ! It goes great with an ice cold IPA beer !

Using some of my tomatoes we canned from the summer for spaghetti sauce. It's such a simple recipe but so good! Letting it simmer all afternoon until the whole house smells like spaghetti sauce. Can't wait!
