Default OFF the ice today...#49 anniversary

Spending the day with Mrs. CI on our 49 wedding anniversary. Yeah I know a valentines day wedding....I planned it that way so I wouldn't forget it. Going out to breakfast on the mainland and then some shopping and perhaps a movie. Tonight will probably have some Alaskan King Crab legs and some adult beverages. Back to fishing on Friday.

Next year is the big one! You might have to take two days off from fishing.

49 years is great.

CI, I want to congratulate you, belatedly, on making it that long. Many of the people getting married today don't even make it past 10 years,
I guess it's a different generation, maybe they think it's a test drive ?
The wife and I had 40 wonderful years together, God Rest her soul, and I know we could of gone on for a lot more.

Congratulations !!!!

Thanks priz...it was heartbreaking when you said you lost your wife a short while ago. Those of us who have known each other for years on this site get more personally involved when tragedy happens to our cyber friends. Every day is a gift especially when you get to share it with someone close to you.
