I've been trying to 'lighten up' every year since since high school, but it seems like I put on a couple pounds each year

I like to think the knowledge and experience that I gain each year must weigh a few pounds..

I still come around once in a while, even commented on a post here last week but as you can see by my numbers, I'm not a heavy poster.

Man, that sounds like you're getting to be a "lightweight." Hope the weight loss accompanies it.

Moderators can kill a forum or keep it going in the right direction. Moderators that had an ego problem should have been banned before the forum went down the tubes.
From what I see now (which isn't much) the remaining and new mods are much better than the old crew.
This was a huge part of what happened. Another thing that caused the decline was favoritism form the mods. They let some members cross the line all the time and threatened to ban members who stood up to them. But it was still the same thing, bad moderators. It's a sad thing because I miss the days of coming here and learning and having fun on a daily basis. This was the best forum ever back in the day. Now it's a ghost town.

It is a ghost town. Maybe a handful of posts on the whole site this morning. Hopefully they got rid of the bad mods cause that can drag a site down fast.

Now that's weird. None of the mods are logged in this morning. Big meeting?
