Default When You're Old

You get to give yourself you're own birthday present.

This is something I've wanted for at least two decades. When I mentioned it to my neighbor, he said, I'll do the brick and block work.

"He knows that I'm creole and that I'm friends with Jaques. Of course I see the stop sign.
You obviously know what I do for A living. Now walk in front of my bus!"

What does this nonsense above have to do with a smoke house?

When you're old, you realize that most BBQ places aren't on that next level and you can do as good or better at home if you put some effort into it. Nice smokehouse though. Post some pics when you're done and let us know how it compares to your egg.

Look at some of the other posts he/she has made. Several of them are as off key as this. Not a member I'll take seriously.

He's taking a little break. Hopefully that gives him time to review the forum rules.

the only thing else I'm looking to add is hooks for hanging the salami and stuff. A cabinet above the wood storage to hold lighters and stuff to get it started. I also plan to cover the flu so you don't see it.

I made the bacon real quick because I couldn't stand waiting anymore. Had some yesterday and it turned out well for such a simple recipe . I've got a ton of those recipes. I just bought a new book specifically for the smokehouse. I've just not had the time to do anything. Though, with this being my last major commitment of football season and now that my basement is pretty much complete with the exception of the nice accessories like full bar and entertainment room, I have my evenings and weekends back. So can you say smoking? I'm looking into cheese making next.
