As to the topic, I'm partial to tacos made with cabrita if they are made by someone who knows what they are doing.
Ever had Birria? I love the stuff. Only one place in my area has it. They serve it just with tortillas, chopped onion, cilantro and a lime.

Just realized its national taco day. And I DIDNT HAVE ANY TACOS. I did eat tacos yesterday
And it was a traumatizing experience. I didn't know people could actually mess up and make a bad taco. These was worse than taco bell. Wich is surprising because they came from a place that has good food otherwise.

All they seem to have around here is designer Tacos. They cost more and aren't that good. Give me a plain old Tex Mex Taco any day.

We have a place called Seoul Taco here. The tacos have Korean type meats and they are crazy good. No...not dog....Bulgogi type beef, pork and chicken.

They really are excellent. The beef is slightly sweet with garlic and black pepper. The pork is a little sweet and spicy. I haven't tried the chicken but i think its sweet and spicy too if its anything like the Korean chicken ive eaten.
