Don't know what you are talking about. I didn't erase any posts. If you have some questions PM me and I'll try to get you an answer. No perch limits on 120 mile long Lake Champlain and I pulled the sled alone. I usually take my wheeler but the ice was getting funky so I walked on. I fish almost every day all year long...when I'm not hunting.

I took a 7.5 mile nature walk this afternoon. Animals observed: 2 squirrels, 1 fox, too many robins to count, and a dead possum.

I've swam 31.2mi this year, out of my goal of 200+ for 2016. Last year I swam 209.9mi , a mix of open water and pool.

I don't run, but walk a couple miles a day every day. Then I also get on a couple machines for a few months leading up to the Fall hunting season before heading out to Wyoming for a month or two. I'm 68 1/2, still weigh less than 160# with a 34" waist, and hope to keep on keepin on for another 10 years the good Lord willing!

I wish I had a convenient place to swim, I hear that's a great full body workout. Yesterday lifted for an hour then a 3 mile run in 27 minutes. Long work shifts the next few days won't be doing much :-/

I've always worked hard and have not been as fortunate as the logger. Most of my aches and pain are directly related to work. I never seem to get hurt hunting or fishing.

During the week I do weights and either machines or climb stairs. Once a week I take a long walk in the woods with the dog, and snap a few pictures and maybe catch a rabbit. That's assuming the snow isn't too deep.

Keep at it guys.

I didn't workout today except for a couple of 16oz curls at the brewery and the cardio from driving at high speeds on the exit ramps. However, my wife sent me a new link to a gym she wants to join. Her friends say it's the best ever they have tried.

Had two 1.5 mile runs this week and a 4 mile run in the new snow. Push ups/ sit ups every day. And 2 day of lifting.
