2.2 miles today, with 83 push ups and 84 sit ups. Ken, keep us updated on the marathon. I'm doing the "Hyner Challenge" in April. It's a 25K with a little over 4,000 feet of elevation gain. A trail trace. Have you done other marathons? You're well prepared if you got 22 in already. Keep up the good work.

I'm 49 years old i never needed to work out. I do go logging every day, and that does a body good. Nothing beats every day hard physical labor, you strengthen the slow twitch endurance muscles.

There's a reason our southern boarder is being breached!! Young guys now a days don't see the use/sense of physical labor, its beneath them When us loggers get done with a good honest hard day of work we don't need to work out, hard work for an able bodied man strengthens the soul & muscles.

My workout came by walking and dragging a sled 1 1/2 miles out to a reef to ice fish. Not bad going out but the 100+ pounds of perch made the trip back much harder. Labor of love. Beer tasted good though after getting home.
