..one of Florida's down falls..Our strawberries are huge and tasteless...nothing like the northern berries. ..but we added a bunch of sugar and they were decent(-;

Bisi Bele Bhath

AKA Lentil curry with rice, cashews and veggies.

The flavors are very complex on this one even under the heat of the spicy masala.

I'm on a health food kick lately.
So for lunch it's a bison burger (low fat)
with fries of course, a beer or two (maybe more if I run into a buddy),
and a piece of pie (apple or pecan).

Gotta eat healthy and stay in shape so packing out elk quarters this fall doesn't kill me.
