Like I said, I hope it works out for you, I really do. Having our own little group of friends we hunted leased land in Md for years for geese and deer. To get the cost down we had to bring in more people, friends of friends so to speak. With more people came more problems, ie, hunting on top of one another, people getting pissed off if someone shot a buck out of thier spot although spots never belonged to any one person, hunting styles didn't jive with yours etc etc. If you didn't want high numbers in the membership (we) couldn't afford a decent place. It was a catch 22 if you will.
