I guess I may be with you on this one ilbback! Oh well if so I guess I learned something. The only thing I do know is my in-laws did it last year & got there tags. Never heard a word from the GC about a fine for it!

You guys arnt the only ones who are confused on this issue. There has been post after post on this on other message boards. The game commission is aware of this confusion. That is how the information on my previous post came about. You may get off with just a warning due to the confusion, if you get caught at all.
