I would love that Do you bow hunt them at all? I hunt deer in West Conesville just north if the gilboa res. how far away from there are you? I could hook you up with some great fishing this spring if you would like.

Would anyone be interested in trading me access to deer hunting ground this fall for a fully guided Vermont turkey hunt this spring? I have access to over 1000 acres of ground with some incredible turkey hunting, but would really love to find a place to bowhunt and possibly rifle hunt deer in NY this fall and would love to trade. Last spring, I was able to call in 6 legal birds in 3 days of hunting, with 2 of those being mature birds. Here is a pic of the first bird I took from last spring.......



Licenses are $125 and allow you to take 2 spring birds, and 1 fall bird for non resident, and I would say chances are EXCELLENT for you to fill at least one tag in the spring if you are willing to hike a bit and work for a bird. I managed to fill 5 last year between myself and 2 other people with one missed shot as well.

I have no idea where West Conesville is. Im 40 mins. south of Albany. I live on the bottom of Roundtop Mountain. I've taken 3 bears with the bow. 136lbs, 168lbs and 187lbs. I have access to thousands of private and state property here. I take all my buddies out to hunt my stands and i video tape thier hunts.

That is great congrats on the bears, my self and 5 other bow hunters are heading to NB Canada in spring of 2006 for a bear hunt. I would love to hook up spmetime.

How do you like the taste of them I have never tried Bear meat before?

Heading east on RT 20 you will turn left at light in Nassau, heading west you will turn right at light

You will take your first right (this turn will be at a “Y” about .25 miles from light)

You will than stay on this road until you get to Central Nassau RD you will be turning right onto this road, (note: this road is between two hay fields and is paved)

The club house is located on this road on your left, (note: you can’t see the club house from the road but we do have a sign out by the road).

U either like it or hate it, theres no inbetween. me i like it, it's different. I'll come out in March. I go all over to shoot 3d all year. every Sunday theres always a shoot somewheres. I quallified for the I.B.O the last 4 years but never had time or money to go.
