It probably has something to do with checking to see if you owe child support / are a deadbeat dad.

As much as I would like to blame it on Campbell he had nothing to do with it. A lawsuit from SORT brough out the fact that state agencies are required to report this information. NJ F&W is the only state agency in compliance because of this lawsuit. Blame this one on the anti's.
