who's ready for the PA fall turkey hunt???
 

i know i am!!! i found the birds this past saturday (not to say they will be there when i go back though). i found them in my deer hunting spot. i've never seen any turkeys in this area before so it's not where i usually hunt turkeys, but i'm going to give it a shot................i'm pretty excited!!!!

I'm a bit excited, although archery deer hunting will still rule as priority one, I have a real good chance at seeing turkeys while I am out there. Just the other day I was able to call one in. Hopefully I will be able to do it again.

Many times I have had turkeys right under me while bowhunting. If I get the shot, I will take one with the bow while deer hunting. I would then just let it sit there until time to get down, If I hit one that is.;)
