mine were sent out today....cant wait.....dads friend invited us to his camp this year...its alot cleaner and nicer then the camp we used to goto...clean dry and it has rooms and everything....and a hot shower, flushing toilet, and clean water....cant walk out the back door and hunt like i used to do after dad was done for the day....but i think ill drive this year..i can bring dad back to camp and head back out...kinda mad...we have to get MORE doe tags this year....i guess they only hunt the first day at the new camp....so we sent for there first...then our old faithful area we will try to get 1 or 2......and i want atleast 2 for home...never know where ill be or what season ill be hunting when i want meat for the freezer.......

whelen36,

You can put up to 3 applications in one envelope, but not for the same person. So you should be good....

I noticed this year that on the front of the envelope there is a box to write in your WMU. I'm guessing that they added this box due to many of the labels not sticking. I taped mine on, plus I taped the envelope shut. You would think that they would provided you with better labels and envelopes that stick.

Double and triple check the license and envelope so that everything was filed out entirely and correctly. It's very disappointing when you get it returned in the mail and have to send it back again.

whelen36, you can put up to 3 in one envelope but be sure to circle 3 on the front of the envelope to indicate the amount of applications enclosed.

I just sent mine out on saturday. but do any of u guys think that to many doe are being shot. I realize some need to be taken but isn't this just a little 2 much. On the gamelands thiers barely anything. Luckly i got my little deer infested area i could hunt.

In my county, Wayne, there were over 6,000 anterless deer shot in 2002. About twice as many anterless deeer were shot versus bucks.

I use the meat to provide additional meat to my family. Since you can't eat horns and does typically taste better than bucks, I'll take the does anythime.
