Was just there (Sportmans) yesterday to check on the Jamboree. Drive by them both every day and will pick one up tomorrow. Thanks.

mdbohunter - the web site was updated with the NEW application & certificate of eligibility yesterday (7/27). So if you printed a application up before that it's no good, and you need to print another one.

HOW IS THE HUNTING over in princeton?
Thanks
I enjoyed it. It was a vast change - especially when gun season was in - in the rest of the state. The deer in P'ton were not spooked, or herded up. I didn't take any deer in P'ton last year, but I did see deer everyday that I hunted, there was another guy ho took 4.

we are also taking applications for Mountain Lakes in Morris county.
I e-mailed them to find out about hotels/motels, there are none in Mountain Lakes, but there is a Marriot Court Yard about 20-25 Minutes away. If I go up there, I'm stayin' for two days!

I recently sent in my UBNJ membership application about a week ago. I have not received anything in the mail yet. I want to enter the mountain lakes lottery.

Think I should call to find out my UBNJ number?

My wife works in mountain lakes. That area is so deery!

Any additonal information yet? Dates?

In PA...Bucks County... safety zone with a bow is 50 yards. All the deer hang out in between the houses!

DT,

Go to the UBNJ.org site and print and fill out the Princeton application. Cross out Princeton and write Mountain Lakes. For the member number just write a quick note and let them know you just joined and are waiting for a member number.

Thanks. Mountain Lakes might be a dream hunt. Know what I mean? Have you ever driven past a piece of land or area and thought to yourself "geesh...this place must have some big deer." I have done so for the past 1.5 year every time I as in the area (cause my wife works there).

Mountain Lakes = Zone 6, right?

What's the proficiency and safety course like?

Filling out my application today.... I need to get a zone 6 permit bow (which I was going to do anyway since zone 6 is my home turf).
