United Bowhunters of NJ 3-D Jamboree
 

The United Bowhunters of New Jersey are having their Annual 3-D Jamboree on 8/28-8/29 at the Assunpink Wildlife Managment Area.
In addition to what's mentioned on the flyer there will be a 15 (+/-) target tradtional equipment course, a kids target range, and a Port-o-Pot at the midway point (for the lady shooters). Also, the 30 target course is broken up into two 15 target sections, so kids can shoot some of it and not worry about being to tired to finish.

There will be a Biggest Rack contest. The contest is open to any hunter who legally harvested a Buck in New Jersey during any Archery Season in 2003 (Winter Bow of Jan/Feb 2004 included)

Racks will be scored both days of the Jamboree by scores from the Division of F&W - or any other accredited scorer that we may employ.

All hunters submitting racks for scoring MUST have their possession tag. Possession tags will be verified by F&W.

The winner will be announced on Sunday August 29th.
A plaque will be a awarded to the person who harvested the winning rack.

The plaque will be personalized noting:

that it was the UBNJ 2004 Jamboree Biggest Buck
Hunter's name
County buck was taken in
and official score

The winner will receive the plaque after the engraving and personalization is completed.

There will be a traditional 3-D course set up and a kids target range as well. The main 3-D course is broken up into 2 - 15 target segments, so a youngster could shoot it with out the worry of getting tired and still having to walk out the entire course.

There is a misprint in Harry's Bowhunter Bonanza.

The 3-D Championship is open to ANYONE who enters, not just UBNJ members.
