PA Deer info needed
 

Can anyone tell me where I can find annual harvest totals for PA? I checked out the PGC website breifly and didnt have alot of luck. I want to check out the shift in buck to doe kill ratio since the new antler restrictions were put into effect. Thanks

What year did the AR's start? Was it 2002?

AR's were implemented in 2002. Note that although AR supposedly saved 38K additional buck in 2002, the harvest of 2.5+ buck only increased by 9.4 K. At the same time we harvested 62K of the 80K buck that were carried over from 2002. After accounting for adult male mortaliy of 18%, only 3 K of the 2.5 + buck survived to become 3.5+ buck.
