I may end up finding a bunch of snow in Western Maryland too, when I get out to the mountains next weekend. I am hoping that it has melted enough by now to find some antlers.

I've seen them here in N.E. Pa. and had one until mid March last year.

I had my camera out last week and got 2 different bucks on film. My uncle emailed me today and said there was a nice 9 point in his yard last night. I personally haven't seen any bucks but I heard alot of them are still sporting wood.

If they're like me, they'll have to be about 28 years old until they stop doing that.

I have a question about button bucks. Do they drop their "antlers" or "buttons" or do they continually grow right through winter and into Spring.

"The only stupid question is the one not asked"

Hey Catt. Yes, button bucks drop their buttons too. They might be hard to find though!
