I think it would help, along with MD's suggestion. The liability issue is important too. Seems like everyone sues when they get the chance. Better safe than sorry.

country boy, If I were you I would post the heck out of it, set up a QDM program with a 8-pt or better AR. and harvest a proper # of doe's, bring in 7-10 hunters and charge them $1,000 a peice ( NO guest's permitted) to help your dad and uncle with taxes, food plots, etc. make a manditory rule that if any member see's any Trespassers that they are required to call the police etc. ( which you wont have to worry about it since each member is paying $1,000 because they will do it without any rule) and also get Liability Insurance on the property, Our policy is less than $100.00. You can create an awesome hunting property with 750 acres, and with the massive herd reductions currently on public land in PA , hunters will line up to join. Pike
