PA License Renewal
 

I applied online for a renewal of my senior lifetime combo license 17 days ago but have not received my new tags yet. I also applied for a 2023 bear license. The Game Commission website says it should take about 10 days and that has generally been the case in past years.

Has anyone else had this happen?

With the archery season opener only a couple of weeks away I'm starting to get a little concerned.

Call the license division in HBG and check on your license.

I contacted them earlier via their online system and gave them my CID# and transaction # from the purchase and here was their response:We apologize for the delay in receiving your license order.

The high volume of orders from the past few weeks have led to some delays in fulfillment. Your is due to be mailed this week. You should see this arrive for you in the next couple weeks. Should you not receive order by the end of the month, please let us know so we can ensure you get your order.

That's great but it doesn't do me much good if I don't see anything before Sept 30th which is the start of archery season in my area. I was able to download a copy of the combo license and bear license but that doesn't do much good since you can't download any tags.

Did you print out your reciept?

thats why i went to a sporting goods store and got mine. got what i needed right there and no waiting. didnt people figure this out when ordering on line. just get them from a store.

Licenses came today. Just took a little longer than usual.
