Perhaps not, there is the possibility that they are not sure enough to call it an archery record and it can't be a found shed record because t wasn't a shed. Why don't we wait to see what shakes out before ragging on the PGC?

The PGC needs to up grade how they do new state records. Its only the new State #1 Whitetail.
