The gentleman that wants to lease it has a young son and I know how hard it is to find a place to hunt so I told him just to go ahead and use it,but only for them and not his friends.
That's awesome. Get the kids out in the woods.

I remember "many years ago" when I first started hunting how hard it was too find a place to deer hunt so I figured what the heck!
