Default Southwest PA Waterfowl Spots?

Anyone know of any good public spots for ducks/geese in SW PA? Is Moraine State Park any good?

You have 3 rivers and tributaries in Pittsburgh, that is a good place to start looking. Join a DU or waterfowl USA chapter and get to know people who can show you the ropes. Ask for suggestions, not for places.
