Silly PA quesiton: back tag?

Silly PA law question. I can't find a definitive answer in the regulations. Maybe I'm just not seeing it.

I haven't hunted PA in about 10 years. When I last did, we had to have the license displayed on our backs. Is this still the law?

Or is it safe to assume since I can't find it, it's not there anymore. Often this is a bad assumption.

It used to be law you had to wear it on your back. However, several years ago the law was changed to be you must carry the license on your person while hunting. You can still wear it or not.

I know the people that make the the License Holder is not happy with that change.
