New York State Sheriffs' Association responds to SAFE Act
 

Please everyone take the time to read this, It appears that the Sheriffs Associations agrees that much of the law is Unconstitutional, and unconstitutionally conceived!

I'm surprised that there is not more outrage here about the NY safe act. We need to stand united or we will fall separately. There is a growing grass roots effort to protect our rights against The SAFE act's criminalization of guns like a Ruger 10/22 or guns that have arbitrary cosmetic features like thumbhole stocks, muzzle brakes, pistol grips and any arm that has a magazine with over 7 rounds. Thank you for posting all the updates, I am in Otsego Co and I was at the last Legislator Meeting and will also be there on 3-6.

Talk to all your Neighbors and educate them on how this unconstitutional assault on all of our inalienable rights including the anti second amendment Safe Act is just the beginning!

All current infringements are also unconstitutional.
