I seen that add for that lease its just to far from my home but I do hunt that county on the east side, this year they started AR.
I have had no problem shooting good deer there maybe not every year but enough to keep me comming back.

i actually looked at this lease as well on their website. Little too far for me as well but looks great. if it was closer i would have def considered. i would contact the leasing agent and walk the proprty for yourself, see if its what your looking for. make your decision from there...good luck in your seach!
