Illegal here. I just got back from Colorado and one guy did carry a 357 mag for bear and lion protection. From what I read the bear spray is more effective.

Regardless of the game law, I'll carry while bowhunting! It's a stupid law!

.44 Mag by Taurus, in WV it is legal if you have a concealed carry permit.

You don't even need a permit to carry concealed in Vermont so why is it illegal? It's illegal to shoot a deer during the archery season with a gun that's for sure
