Default Maybe a Mountain Lion

hey i checked my trial camera this weekend and i didnt notice it at first but when i looked closer it kinda looked like a mountain lion. i live in pa and the pa game commission says a mountain lion hasn't been in pa in hundreds of years so tell me what u think it is and it is a real picture not photo cropped i have more pictures of deer from the same camera

hard to tell without perspective for size, but my bet is bobcat

As Bob says it is hard to say with nothing to compare it against. Too bad you cant see the tail (or lack of one). But IMO it is definately a feline. Also I would lean toward the mtn lion moreso than the bobcat. The body looks too long in proportion to the legs to be a bobcat. A bobcat is 'blockier' in appearance.

I go with Bronko 22000. Could be some weird South American cat, who knows? It is unbelievable what people have in there back yards and let escape. I am thinking back to a guy that had two weird cats and one got out. He said it came back in about a week.

I tried to clean the picture up some.. Still can not tell for sure but, my guess is a bobcat..

Its a trollcat! The scale just doesnt look right looking at the cat and the tree you have in the middle to compare it with. Bobcats are much shorter/stockier but I dont wanna call you a flat out liar. Its Waldo with a cat suit on I guess.

If you look closely, just above the right hind leg. You can see the end of the tail there. That combined with the size tells me it is deffinately a...... Bobcat

Theres no Mtlion in PA or Deer.. Thats what the PGC wants! and there doing a GREAT JOB. There's 111,000 Doe tags for 5c, are you kidding me! Oh nice picture ! Its some kinda cat but I can't say! Thanks 4 the picture!!!

Funny they say the same thing in NY tats there is no mountain lions,but yet seems that a mountain lion was found recently in vermont hit by a car. Had traveled for out west.

Well it does look like a cat but it also looks like a small deer crouching did u look for tracks
