Anyone planning an out of state hunting trip this year?

I'm heading out to Illinois in November (bow/shotgun) for the first time since 2009

Heading out there sometime in July to hang stands on the farms

If I can save up the $$$ for gas money, I will be heading back up to upstate New York to my sister & brother-in-law's farm. It's beautiful up there, quiet and peaceful, and being a private 125 farm, it is loaded with deer, turkeys, resident geese, and other critters.

I have a lot of political/game dept/farm bureau "issues" with the state of Virginia, so, I won't be hunting here. I can easily go back home to New York and spend my money up there instead. Virginia can K.M.A.

Headed to PA in Dec for Flintlock. Try to make it there every year for that or rifle.

I'll be up in Maine the 3rd week in November for ten days.

2 trips from Vt to Colorado. The first is with a bow for elk on Pub land. The second is with a rifle second season on private land. I have an Illinois second season gun hunt on private land scheduled again this year.
