The # to call is 1-86-NY-DECALS (1-866-933-2257)You can do everything over the phone ,management permits and all,they tell you right on the phone if you have been approved.

The bow tag is an extra cost unless you purchase a life time bow stamp.As far as why over the phone was at wally world and either the computer or person trying to run it was broke.Over the phone,my wife and I both got our tags and I didn' t have to drag here out with me to get them
